At Solarpanelus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy for all the details.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and in new condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
Request for Return/Refund:
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at Contact@Solarpanelus.com. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.Return Instructions:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return mailing address via email. Please do not return the item to the original shipping address. All returns must be sent to the address we provide in the return authorisation email.Review of Returned Product:
After receiving the returned product, we will review the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. This review will be completed within 3-5 business days.Issuance of Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fee
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return postage.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use beyond normal testing
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund before it ships. Simply send an email to Contact@Solarpanelus.com within the above timeframe to cancel your order.
